Update to “Warning to Women – No Response to Call for Help at O’Hare”

One small step for me, one giant leap for womankind? Eh, not so much, but I did get some good news today in response to my email to O'Hare Airport regarding my seemingly ignored call for help about a week ago. They have agreed to issue a refund for my entire parking bill, but they also stood by the statement that they have plenty of security officers and patrols in place in the airport and lots 24 hours per day. Help for Haiti – Simple Typing to Raise Awareness & Money

I've decided to reapply this blog post from Anna Smith at The Penny Sophisticate to help do my family's part in helping out the poor families in Haiti that have been rocked by the earthquake. She has decided to donate $0.50 for every comment that is left on a blog post similar to this one. I will do the same - for every comment left here, I will donate $0.50 to the Red Cross to help the rescue and repair efforts in Haiti. Somehow I don't feel like that is enough, but it is something.
